Trini Nikki operates this website; throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trini Nikki. Trini Nikki offers this website, including all information tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notice stated here. By purchasing any item or items on this site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms before checking out.
USPS is our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within four business days of purchasing, please contact us at www.trininikki.com
Shipping rates are determined at the checkout based on the delivery address. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday - the following business day.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once they are in USPS possession. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. We want our clients to be pleased with their purchases. But we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. Returns are excepted for money back minus a 20% restocking fee within ten days from your delivery date. Exchanges can be made up to 10 days from the delivery date.
You can email Trini Nikki at email@example.com about your return or exchange. The return and exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
All returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached to honor any store credit. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with no damage, unused, and with tags attached.
No visible makeup or deodorant on items.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Swimwear / Cover-ups
Visibly Worn items
Select White Items
Items outside of the policy window
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. If your order is returned to us as undelivered, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
